SECTION ONE "General Code Of Conduct"

Article One: All members of the clan are expected to treat each other with fairness and respect, and offer each other practical help where possible.

Article Two: Abusing of other players, weather fellow clan members or not, is not permitted. This is a serious offense.

This includes:
Swearing, Trash Talk.

Spamming, includes other players (Messages) or forums.

Constant complaints regarding lag. There is really nothing that can be done about it, either play with it, or leave.

TegBagging, is not permitted.


Article Three: No cheating, hacking or Modding of any kind.

Article Four: All members must be active on both Forums and Clan Events, in the event that there is a member with no computer access, a sponsor must keep members up to date on everything that changes in the clan

Article Five: Under no circumstances are members aloud to send out contact information to be used/or distributed for any non-clan related issue, without consent form the persons involved.

Article Six: You agree to wear your {UG} tags for all official MG events.

Article Seven: Accusations of breech of Code of Conduct should be reported to Internal Affairs.

Article Nine: Internal Affairs will handle any breech of the COC.

SECTION TWO-Recruitment Procedures

Article One: Recruitment Process
- Application
--- Once an application has been submitted you must await a PM upon your acceptance
- Training
--- All new Members must be trained by there squad leader/Trainer

SECTION THREE-Ranks

Article One: Ranks in {UG} are defined by the position that a member holds in the clan.

Article Two: Ranks are placed into two categories:

Enlisted Ranks

Officers


SECTION FOUR-Promotions

Article One: All promotions are to be posted in the News section, and to be updated on the forums and as well the Information Office.

Article Two: When a promotion is given in game, the member may assume the rank immediately

Article Three: When promoting someone below you must include your reasons for a promotion and it must be approved by someone who's 2 ranks above you.


SECTION Five: Combat Squads

Article One: Squads are to be made up of a squad Leader, who chooses to make a total of 3 small teams, witch will be lead by Team Captains whom report to Squad Leads.

Article Two: All squads must be active, if they are found inactive we will remove the squad and all of its inactive members

Article Six: Squad Leaders are meant to lead the squad, and oversee all their teams.

SECTION SEVEN: Tournaments

Article One: All {UG}'s Tournaments must be approved by a General.

Article Two: With General approval, you must have at least 4 entrants.

Article Three: Tournament organizers must send Information to every member, about rules, times etc.

Article Four: Tournaments may include members of allied clans, or clans that agree with tournament rules

Article Five: Tournaments may be held against other clans with the permission of External affairs, and a General


SECTION EIGHT: Section Leaders


Article One: Section Leaders are responsible for the day to day running of each section.

Article Two: Only officers of the clan (Lt and above) may serve as a Section Leader

Article Three:[b/] Section Leaders have the right to lead their sections the way they want (Staff, etc) But in the event that the section defies any of the Constitution or any unlawful is when the Generals may interfere

[b]Article Four:
Section Leaders must notify the clan of any extended absence.

Article Five: Section Leaders moderate their respective forums


SECTION NINE: Member Welfare and Voting


Article One: All full members of MG's (PVT.and above) have equality and human rights.

Article Two: If, for whatever reason, you are been reprimanded, you have the right to directly appeal to the internal affairs, before you are sentenced, and after your sentence, your point of view will be considered with the same respect.

Article Three: If you suspect a member is breaching code of conduct, you should report this directly to the Internal Affairs, or your Squad Leader, who will report this to the Internal Affairs.

Article Four: Firstly you may be given a verbal warning, followed by a written warning, and further misconduct may result from expulsion of the clan, or any other penalty that Internal Affairs sees fit.

Article Five: Any General can, at their digression, issue verbal or written warnings, or demotion (enlisted ranks, officers)

Article Six: Expulsion from the clan requires a majority vote by the Internal Affairs and Officers, if a 2/3 vote is not reached, then the clan member is demoted down three ranks. If in the event that they are PVT's they are suspended for 3 weeks.

Article Seven: You should not post any offensive material on the forums.

Article Eight: Do not spam unnecessarily on the forums, you will be reprimanded for doing so.

Article Nine: Your signatures/post should not include any offensive material that may cause offense to peoples race, gender, religion, or creed, or generally be offensive to anyone, in whatever way.


Article Ten:Multi-clanning to any degree is unacceptable in the clan, and won't be tolerated.(if you are in another clan, that does not take away time, and does not have any of {UG}s games that is okay.)


Article Eleven: It is an offense to impersonate another members name and/or rank, even if the person involved knows about it.


CONSTITUTION LIABILITY

Article One: For any articles in this section to be changed, a General and 2/3 of Internal Affairs must approve of it.
